We plan and run corporate events end-to-end. Most of what you need is handled in-house by our own team rather than outsourced.
What We Take On
- Conferences with full seating, AV, and panel-stage layouts.
- Product launches with custom brand sets, projection mapping, and immersive lighting.
- Corporate galas and award nights with red-carpet entrances, photo zones, and live entertainment.
- Runway and stage infrastructure if you are hosting a fashion presentation.
What's In-House
- Stage and set: custom builds, branded backdrops, riser stages.
- AV and lighting: P3 LED walls or projectors, line-array sound, moving-head and box-truss rigs, projection mapping.
- Catering: multi-cuisine buffet, live counters, mocktail bar, full veg and non-veg.
- Decor: floral, themed sets, photo zones, ceiling installations.
- Entertainment booking: MCs in English, Kannada, or Hindi; live acts; DJ.
How We Work
A uniformed crew runs the event on the day, including AV operation, guest registration, and timeline management.
Singular Services
Decor or catering can be hired on their own; light and sound, photography, and gifting only come bundled with one of those.
We work across India out of our Bengaluru base.

My Story
Hi, I'm Soumya, and Vaatika Events is the team I run out of Bengaluru. We've been doing this since 2018 and have organised close to 60 large events so far. I'm the person running around on event day, fussing over light angles and whether the flowers look just right. For us it's not only about planning, it's about making sure things actually happen the way you imagined. We don't just talk, we do, every event, every time.
My Work
What we offer - Weddings, large corporate events, and large-scale celebrations, with in-house decor, catering, light and sound, photography, gifting, and on-ground coordination.
We work at scale - Premium, large-format events are our home ground; we are not the right fit for small home birthdays or low-ticket setups.
Any wedding tradition - South Indian mandap work, North Indian receptions, beach setups, and destination weddings across India, all handled by our own team.
Standalone decor or catering - Most clients book us end-to-end, but decor or catering can also be hired on their own if that is all you need.
On-ground execution - A uniformed team is on site to run the timeline, manage vendors, and keep your family out of the operational details.
Bengaluru base, India reach - Our office is in Marsur, Bengaluru; we travel for destination work across India.
