Classic Indoor Decor Package
Stage & Backdrop (20ft - 30ft width)
- Structure: Adjustable truss or wooden frame structure with satin/lycra fabric draping in dual-tone themes (e.g., Peach & Gold, White & Red).
- Floral Work: High-density arrangement using a 70:30 mix of high-quality artificial blooms (for volume) and fresh seasonal flowers (Roses, Gerberas, Orchids) for front-facing detailing.
- Props: Rental of premium 2-seater couple sofa (Victorian/Gold plated style) and two side single-seaters.
- Flooring: Clean red or colour-coordinated carpet for the stage platform.
Entrance & Walkway
- Welcome Arch: 8ft x 10ft floral arch matching the stage theme.
- Signage: Personalized foam-board welcome easel with couple's name.
- Aisle Decor: 6 to 8 floral pedestals or Roman pillars placed along the walkway.
- Carpeting: Standard red carpet running from entrance to stage (up to 50ft).
Lighting & Ambiance
- Stage Lighting: 8-12 LED PAR cans for general color wash and photography brightness.
- Seating Styling: Satin sashes/bows for up to 300 banquet chairs (Chairs provided by venue).
Crew
- Setup Team: 8-10 decor workers for same-day setup and dismantling.
Grand Outdoor Temple Production
Grand Mandap / Stage Setup
- Architecture: Installation of heavy-duty Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Mandap set (12ft - 16ft height) resembling traditional temple stone carvings or palace pillars.
- Floral Opulence: Dense, traditional floral work using 'Genda' (Marigold), Tuberoses, and Jasmine strings with chandelier-style floral hangings inside the dome.
- Ceremonial Items: Carpeted Havan Kund area, low seating (Bajots) for couple/priests, and backdrop covering.
Technical Production (Light & Sound)
- Intelligent Lighting: Truss-mounted setup with Moving Head beams (Sharpies) and LED washes.
- Audio: Professional JBL/RCF Line Array sound system suitable for outdoor crowd of 500+ pax.
- Visuals: LED Pixel tube installation for ceiling ambiance.
Guest Experience Zone
- Entrance Tunnel: 20ft-30ft decorative tunnel passage draped with fairy lights and fabrics.
- Photo Opportunities: 1-2 Themed Photo Booths (e.g., Vintage Frames, Floral Cycles) with props.
- Furniture Upgrade: Up to 10 LED Cocktail tables for dining/standing area.
Manpower & Logistics
- Generators: Silent diesel generator backup (62.5 kVA) for decor lighting load.
- Transport: Heavy-duty truck logistics for transporting fiber pillars and trusses.
End-to-End Planning & Management
Pre-Wedding Management
- Vendor Coordination: Sourcing and managing external vendors (Makeup Artist, Mehendi, Caterer) and creating master timeline.
- Consultation: 2-3 in-person meetings for detailing the 'Run of Show' (flow of events).
On-Ground Hospitality Team
- Manpower: Dedicated team of 6-8 uniformed coordinators present on event day.
- Roles:
- 1 Event Manager (Lead Point of Contact).
- 2 Shadows (Personal assistants) for Bride & Groom.
- 3-4 Guest relations staff to handle seating, stage flow, and gift management.
Entertainment Management
- Artist Handling: Coordination of entry sequences (e.g., Bride/Groom entry with cold pyros/dancers).
- Logistics: Managing sound checks and cues for DJ/Band.
- Ritual Assistance: Assisting family with procuring and organizing pooja items (Samagri) on time.

Full-Service, No Stress
- Decor is my jam. I transform venues with mandap and stage setups, floral ceilings, and custom backdrops.
- I work with any space - banquet halls, lawns, tents. Lighting is a big part of what I do, from fairy lights to LED setups.
- Entertainment is sorted too. I bring in live bands, dancers, and set up creative photo booths for your guests.

- My team is there, managing everything. You won’t have to run around or stress about the flow of events.
