Behind the Scenes of My Destination Weddings & Event Process

When you see a finished stage, you rarely see the prep work. Before I ever set up an arch or drape fabric, I am often on-site spray painting my own props or testing lighting angles to ensure everything looks perfect under the venue’s specific mood, whether it is a lawn in Bangalore or a destination wedding in Kerala.

For me, decoration is not just about placing items; it is a labor-intensive process. When I commit to an event, I am on the ground for days. This often means sleepless nights and skipping meals to ensure the truss is secure, the florals are fresh, and the lighting is exactly right.

Why I Travel

I do not just work in local Bangalore venues. I frequently travel for destination weddings. Being at the venue early allows me to solve problems before they happen—handling unexpected rain or light issues that could ruin the look of an event. I carry my own gear, from neon signs to custom furniture, because I know the difference a properly painted prop makes to the overall aesthetic.
