From vibrant neon-lit Mehendi backdrops to traditional marigold-laden Haldi stages, I create colourful setups that bring your celebration to life.

A classic Haldi ceremony backdrop, full of vibrant yellow. This design features a large circular arch made of lush green leaves and yellow flowers, with strings of marigolds hanging in the center against a yellow and green drape.

This Mehendi backdrop uses a mix of textures and colours. The design includes a custom 'Mehendi' neon sign, colourful Rajasthani umbrellas, and woven wall hangings against a soft pink drape, creating a bohemian and festive vibe.

This video captures the lively setup for a Mehendi ceremony. It shows the entrance decor with maroon and yellow drapes and a unique photo corner with a large golden frame and a painted backdrop.

A simple and elegant Mehendi backdrop idea. This design uses an artificial grass wall decorated with five hanging golden hoops, each filled with beautiful arrangements of pink and white roses and green ferns.

About this collection

For Mehendi and Haldi, I don't just drop off props and leave. I spend significant time adjusting the lighting and drapes to ensure the colours look exactly right in your photos. Whether I am fixing a neon sign or hand-tying fresh marigold strings, I stay on-site to make sure every element is perfectly positioned before your guests arrive.

I approach every Mehendi and Haldi function as a fresh canvas. For Haldi ceremonies, I focus on a warm and traditional atmosphere. I use fresh banana leaves, dense strings of bright yellow and orange marigolds, and brass urlis to create an authentic, sacred vibe that feels right for the rituals.

For Mehendi, I shift gears towards a fun, Bohemian style. I love incorporating Rajasthani umbrellas, colourful tassel hangings, and modern 'Bride to Be' neon signs against vibrant pink or green drapes. If you have an idea, I will find a way to build it. I have worked on everything from home living rooms to large event halls in Bengaluru and Kozhikode, and I bring the same level of detail regardless of the venue size.

When you hire me, you aren't just getting decorations. You are getting my full dedication. I spend 3 to 4 days on-site for many of my events, managing the truss structures, the lighting, and the floral arrangements myself. That is my jawabdhari. I take pride in the fact that my setups are built to last through the entire event, not just for the first five minutes of photos.

I'm Akshay. I don't just set up the stage and disappear; I spend days on-site to make sure everything is perfect for your Haldi or Mehendi. My reward is the smile on your face when you walk in, so I put my heart into every drape, light, and prop.
