Our Process: From Studio to Venue
We believe you should know exactly what goes into the services you hire. For us, an event starts long before we reach the venue.
Custom Prop Preparation We do not rely on generic, worn-out inventory. If your theme requires a specific shade of pastel or a particular style of marquee, we paint and finish those props in our workshop. This allows us to offer unique, fresh setups that do not look like a cookie-cutter catalog.
Lighting and Spatial Planning Lighting makes or breaks a photo. When we arrive at your venue, our first step is often assessing the natural light and room layout. We use LED PAR cans and fairy lights strategically to hide flaws and highlight the decor. This is why our setups look good in person and in your final photos.
The Setup Reality For our standard balloon and ring setups, we typically require 90 to 120 minutes of on-site time. This allows us to secure the frames, inflate the balloons to the right size, and double-check all safety anchors. If your venue is tricky or has limited access hours, just let us know in advance so we can plan our crew accordingly.
Photography-First Decor Because we are also photographers, we design our decor with the lens in mind. We place our backdrops and props to create depth, ensuring your guests have plenty of room to take great photos. We do not just build a wall; we build a photo opportunity.
