Full Service Office Inauguration Setup
Entrance & Welcome
- Floral Arch: One 8ft x 10ft rectangular or semi-circle structure with lush green foliage and fresh seasonal flowers (Roses, Gerberas, Chrysanthemums).
- Red Carpet: 15 to 20 running feet of clean red carpet leading to the main door.
- Signage: A1 size personalized welcome board on a wooden easel stand with a top floral bunch.
Ceremony Essentials
- Ribbon Cutting: Satin ribbon setup across the door, steel tray with scissors, and traditional kumkum/rice bowls.
- Traditional Rangoli: 4ft to 6ft diameter Pookalam created manually with fresh marigold and rose petals.
Interiors & Logistics
- Floral Standees: 4 tall floral arrangements on metal stands or glass vases for the reception area.
- Door Accents: Basic tulle drapery on main door handles.
- Service: Transport, setup 2 hours prior to the event, and same-day dismantling.

My Story
Naanu Akshay. People see all those lights and flowers, but they don’t know nidde illade iro ratrigalu, oota illade iro dinagalu (nights without sleep, days without food). Sometimes, body pain is more than mind pain, yaake andre, dehakkaago gaayane jaasti aagutte. But, when my client smiles seeing the setup, all that kashta (struggle) feels worth it. That smile is my real pratiphala, and that’s why I do what I do.

My approach - I stay on-site for 3-4 days if needed, making sure every detail is right. Your happiness is my reward.
