Ping pong is fast, but your reaction speed needs to be faster. My training sessions combine intensive agility drills with table practice so you are always a step ahead of the competition.

This is our "Raftaar ke avtaar" training in action. Players weave through cone drills to build the explosive footwork and agility needed for high-level table tennis.

A glimpse into our outdoor fitness routine. The session includes a mix of jump squats, running, and skipping to build overall athletic ability and endurance.

Every workout is progress. Here, my students are doing push-ups and skipping, building the core and upper body strength essential for powerful shots.

An outdoor agility session where players work on lateral movement and quick direction changes. This directly translates to better movement around the table.

A mix of on-table play and off-table fitness. Here you can see a player working on an agility ladder, a key tool for improving foot speed and coordination.

From fitness drills to table practice, this clip shows how we integrate physical conditioning with on-table skill work. Here, Ada Gupta transitions from stair jumps to a forehand drill.

About Fitness & Agility Training

Great table tennis is not just about your grip, it is about your footwork. My sessions use agility ladders and cone drills to build explosive speed so you can reach every ball. You will not just stand at the table; you will learn to move with purpose, ensuring your body can handle the pressure of long, high-intensity rallies.

Why Fitness is the Secret Weapon

Most players spend hours on their serve, but they forget the engine that powers it: their legs. Whether you are a beginner or a state-level aspirant, my 'Fitness with Fun' approach is designed to build the stamina you need for tournament play. We do not just play ping pong; we condition the body for it.

What Happens in a Session

We keep it real at the academy in GTB Nagar. My routine mixes strength and speed work to make you faster:

  • Agility Ladders & Cones: These drills, which I call 'Raftaar ke avtaar' (incarnation of speed), force you to work on your lateral movement and reaction time.
  • Core & Explosive Power: We use jump squats, skipping rope, and bodyweight exercises to ensure you have the core strength to execute powerful forehand topspins without getting tired.
  • Integrated Practice: I do not believe in separating fitness from the game. You will often find my students transitioning from a set of stair jumps directly into a forehand rally. This teaches your body to play with precision, even when your heart rate is high.

Who This Is For

I coach kids and teenagers from 4 to 18 years old. It does not matter if you have never held a racket or if you are preparing for your next district medal. If you are ready to put in the work and have fun while doing it, you will fit right in. We focus on building mental toughness and physical speed together, making sure you are ready for every set, every match, and every tournament.
