Birthday & Social Party Decor
Standard Setup
- Structure: 6ft circular metal ring with balloon draping or flex banner.
- Decor: Mix of metallic and pastel latex balloons (approx. 200 to 300 count).
- Props: Generic neon signage and a cylinder cake table.
Premium Theme Setup
- Backdrop: 8ft x 8ft custom printed flex backdrop (Themes like Unicorn, Jungle, etc.) with sequin accents.
- High Volume Decor: Organic balloon arch using Chrome and Confetti balloons (500+ count).
- Props: 3 piece cylinder set for cake, 3ft foam board character cutouts, and LED marquees.
- Entrance: Balloon arch at the gate with a themed welcome board.
Haldi & Mehendi Ceremonies
Main Structure
- Backdrop: 10ft x 10ft marigold covered wall with contrasting floral strings and tassels.
- Seating: Decorative Swing (Jhoola) or adorned sofa with bolsters for the bride.
- Draping: Colorful tenting curtains in yellow, pink, or orange themes.
Guest & Photo Areas
- Photobooth: Themed corner with props like a decorated bicycle, rickshaw, or floral frames.
- Floor Seating: 4 to 6 mattresses with white sheets and ethnic cushion covers.
- Props: Traditional Urlis with rose petals, Rajasthani umbrellas, and quirky signage.
Wedding & Reception Decor
Stage & Structure
- Stage: 30ft to 40ft wide structure with artificial floral base and fresh flower detailing (Roses/Orchids).
- Entrance: Grand fiber pillars or floral tunnel arch with a 20ft red carpet walkway.
- Mandap: 4 Pillar Vedi setup with floral canopy and havankund (for weddings).
Lighting & Furniture
- Ambience: Fairy light canopies or chandelier hangings along the walkway.
- Seating: Rental of approx. 50 to 100 Gold/Silver Tiffany chairs for VIP areas.
- Table Decor: Centerpieces with tall glass vases and floral bunches.
- Effects: Cold pyro and fog machine for the Jaimala ceremony.

Weddings & Pre-Wedding Functions
Weddings are our jam. I love working with families to create something that feels personal. Haldi ceremony decor ideas? We’ve done everything from classic genda phool (marigold) setups to quirky, modern twists. Sangeet, cocktail, or the big day itself - we handle venue, custom wedding stage design, jaimala (garlands), and all the little details that make your story shine. Destination weddings? Haanji, we’ve managed those too, all over India.
Social Celebrations
Birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, or even a simple pooja at home - I’ve seen it all. Themed birthday party decorations are a favourite, from animal safaris for kids to glam 50th bashes. We use everything from balloon arches to neon signs, depending on what you want.
Corporate & Religious Events
We also do corporate launches, foundation days, and sacred gatherings like Mata ki Chowki or Sukhmani Sahib Path. For these, I focus on floral arrangements, lighting, and making sure the vibe matches the occasion.
