Vibrant Haldi & Mehendi Setup
Decor & Structures
- Main Backdrop: A 10x10 ft thematic backdrop using bright fabrics (Yellow/Pink/Orange) with hanging tassel layers or artificial floral strings.
- Couple Seating: A decorated swing (Jhoola) or a traditional low-seating Diwan setup with colorful cushions and bolsters.
- Floor Treatment: Standard carpet for the main stage area or a printed flex floor (e.g., checkerboard/chevron) for a small dance area (up to 12x12 ft).
- Props: Includes 1 dedicated photo booth corner (e.g., Rickshaw prop, decorated cycle, or Goggles cutout) and 4-6 Rajasthani-style umbrellas.
Florals & Lighting
- Flower Quality: Predominantly local Marigold (Genda) chains and loose petals. Minimal use of exotic flowers restricted to the couple's seating area.
- Lighting: Basic wash lighting for the backdrop or fairy light strings on trees/pillars.

- Guest Seating: Draping/Tie-backs for existing venue chairs (up to 50 pax). Note: Chair rentals are extra.

For us, Souvenir Event, it’s all about making every moment a keepsake. That feeling when your home turns into a shaadi wala ghar (wedding house) – that’s why we do this!
