- Budgeting: Creation of a detailed budget sheet and expense tracking.
- Itinerary Design: Creating a run-of-show timeline (Entry, Cake Cutting, Games, Dinner).
On-Site Coordination
- Supervision: A dedicated Event Manager and Assistant present on-site for the duration of the event.
- Execution: Ensuring decor is ready on time, managing sound/light checks, and coordinating food service timing.
- Guest Management: Assisting with guest welcome and seating logistics.
Exclusions
- Note: This is a service fee only. The actual cost of venue, food, decor materials, and artist payments are paid directly by the client or billed at actuals.

- Birthday Bashes: For kids, we love going all out with kids birthday party themes like unicorns, superheroes, or even a spa day. Balloon arches, marquee numbers, and custom photo collages are our jam. For adults, we do glam setups - think black and gold, fairy lights, and a DJ corner.
- Anniversaries: Milestone anniversary event setup is our thing. Romantic stages, floral arrangements, neon signs, and mood lighting - we make it feel special.
- Baby Showers: We’re into soft pastels, greenery walls, and cute props. Baby shower backdrop design is something we really enjoy.
- Housewarmings: Whether you want classy or quirky, we sort out the music, menu, and party favors so your new place feels like home.
