Ambiance & Props
- Props & Elements: Use of quirky props like painted bicycles, rickshaws, and colorful umbrellas.
- Photo Booth: One dedicated selfie point (e.g., Floral ring or neon signage).
- Florals: Primarily dense artificial floral arrangements with fresh flower touches in high-visibility areas.

Day-Of Wedding Coordination
Scope of Work
- Timeline Creation: Designing a minute-by-minute run sheet for the wedding day (Bride entry, Jai Mala, Pheras).
- Vendor Point of Contact: Acting as the single point of contact for all client-booked vendors on the event day.
- Venue Management: Overseeing floor plans and ensuring the venue staff adheres to agreed service timings.
- Shadow Team: 1 Lead Coordinator plus 2 on-ground assistants to manage logistics.

- No budget management or vendor price negotiation.
- No involvement in design or decor conceptualization.

- Vendor Management: Scouting, negotiating, and booking all vendors including Makeup, Entertainment, and Catering.
- Budgeting: Detailed breakdown of expenses to keep the wedding within the financial cap.

Design & Execution
- Design Consultation: Conceptualizing themes and briefing the decor team.
- On-Site Execution: Deployment of a full team (Lead plus Coordinators) for all major functions to ensure smooth operations.
Grand Wedding & Reception Decor

- Mandap Setup: 4-pillar or Dome structure fully draped and adorned with heavy floral pasting (approx. 70% artificial). Includes Havan Kund.
- Grand Reception Stage: Large backdrop (20ft to 40ft wide) featuring elements like crystal chandeliers, LED walls, or green walls.
Entry & Walkway
- Entrance Gate: Themed entry arch with welcome signage board.
- Passage Decor: Floral pedestals or candelabras lining the carpeted walkway.
Lighting & Effects
- Ambiance Lighting: Extensive use of fairy lights, PAR cans for mood lighting, and profile spots for the stage.
- Special Effects: Cold Pyro sparklers and dry ice fog effect for the ceremony.

Thematic Decoration
I’m obsessed with details. If you want your Haldi to break the usual yellow vibe, I’ll suggest something like a ‘Lavender Bliss’ or even a ‘Blue Mirage’ for that pop. Mehendi? Think ‘Pink Paradise’ or a boho mix, with decor that suits your personality. For the Sangeet, we go glam - chandeliers, fairy lights, maybe a dark cocktail night. The main ceremony is always special, from golden domes to simple, elegant setups. And for the finale, I make sure the reception stage is just as memorable - custom neon hashtags and disco balls, if that’s your jam.
Big, Small, or In-Between
I’m comfortable with grand destination wedding setups or intimate home weddings. Got a tiny garden or a massive ballroom? Doesn’t matter - I’ll make it work. And if you’re thinking of a surprise proposal, I do that too.

Hey! We’re Nirvana Event and Decor. Started out wanting to flip the usual wedding planning on its head - more boutique, more personal.
