My studio sessions aren't about matching my speed or hitting a perfect pose. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover, I prioritize modifications so you can choose the intensity that feels right for your body that day. It is about building a rhythm that is uniquely yours.

When you walk into a Warrior Rhythm or Warrior Strength class, the first thing you will notice is that there is no pressure to look like anyone else. I run these sessions at 'The Studio' by Copper + Cloves in Domlur, and the vibe is purposely kept social and supportive.

Warrior Rhythm acts as a bridge between traditional yoga and group fitness. You get the benefits of a flow-based yoga practice, but we layer in HIIT and functional strength movements to keep your heart rate up and your body guessing. Warrior Strength, on the other hand, leans into those weightlifting blocks. Both formats are choreographed to music, which does the heavy lifting for you—when the beat drops, you move.

I always tell my students that the best workout is the one you actually enjoy showing up for. That is why I spend time during every class ensuring that everyone, regardless of their fitness level, understands the modifications. You might see a group flowing through an intense sequence, but there is always a low-impact or floor-based option available if that is what your energy levels dictate. After class, we usually hang out, catch our breath, and connect.
