About Dance Fitness & Bollyfitness

Forget counting reps or memorizing complicated steps. In my Bollyfitness sessions, the focus is on high-energy follow-the-leader drills that mix cardio, core work, and stretching. You walk in to shake off the workday stress and walk out feeling stronger, without needing a single day of prior dance experience.

Why Bollyfitness?

Most people dread the gym because it feels like a chore. I designed these classes to be the exact opposite. We use high-BPM Bollywood tracks to keep your heart rate up, integrating squats, lunges, and toning drills directly into the dance flow. It is a complete workout that works your stamina, strength, and flexibility without feeling like you are 'exercising.'

What You Need to Know

  • No Experience Needed: You do not need to be a dancer to join. If you can follow a beat and move your body, you are ready for class.
  • The Format: We start with high-energy cardio, move into strength and toning, and finish with a proper cool-down. It is continuous movement, but we always keep the mood light and fun.

I have been dancing for 25 years, but my real joy comes from helping you find your own rhythm. I designed these Bollyfitness classes to be the antithesis of a rigid gym workout. It is just us, great music, and a chance to sweat out the stress of the day.
