About Mindful Movement & Stress Relief
Before we start, I host a 20-minute call with your HR team to understand exactly what your crew is feeling. Whether it is end-of-quarter burnout or a need for better team connection, I tailor the breathwork and movement flows so they land exactly where your team needs them to.

I have seen how the 9-to-5 grind can drain energy. These sessions are not about learning complex steps or choreography. They are about using movement as a tool to release tension and reconnect.
How My Workshops Work
- Consultation & Calibration: Every session begins with a short discussion to identify your team's current stress themes. I want to know what your team is dealing with so I can adjust the pace and intensity accordingly.
- Breathwork & Grounding: We spend the first 15 minutes on guided breathwork. This helps shift the mindset from 'work mode' to 'presence mode.'
- No-Phone Zones: I establish an immersive, judgment-free environment. For 90 to 120 minutes, the goal is to disconnect from screens and reconnect with yourself and your colleagues.
- Inclusive Movement: Whether your team is full of dancers or people who have never stepped on a floor, I focus on simple, intuitive movements. We use Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) techniques to help everyone feel comfortable.
