Fairy Garden Workshop
The Kit
- 1 Ceramic or Terracotta shallow pot (8-10 inch diameter)
- 3 small succulents or foliage plants suitable for shallow rooting
- 1 Resin structure (miniature house, cottage, or bridge)
- 3-4 Accessory figurines (ducks, mushrooms, or bugs)
- Landscaping materials: White pebbles and blue colored sand
- Specialized succulent soil mix, drainage mesh, and gravel
The Session
- 2 hours of guided instruction
- Basics of soil layering and aesthetic arrangement
- Usage of tools: Trowels, brushes, and tweezers

Zen Garden Workshop
The Kit
- 1 Premium finish ceramic bowl (Earth tones, 8-10 inch diameter)
- 3-4 Hardy Succulents or Cacti (Haworthia or Aloe variants)
- 1 Medium-sized Buddha figurine (Resin or ceramic, 3-4 inches)
- Hardscape elements: River stones, white marble pebbles, and boulders
- Gritty soil mix designed for cacti
The Session
- 2 hours of hands-on arranging
- Focus on minimalist design, negative space, and balance
- Usage of tools provided during the workshop

Bonsai Landscaping Workshop

- 1 Traditional glazed Bonsai Tray/Pot (Oval or Rectangular)
- 1 Pre-Bonsai Tree (2-3 years old with thick trunk, likely Ficus Ginseng or Jade)
- 1 Companion plant (ground cover succulent) or moss patch
- Minimalist decor: Single monk statue, lantern, or slate rocks
- Specialized high-drainage Bonsai soil and top dressing gravel

- 2 hours of technical planting instruction
- Covers root pruning, basic wiring demonstration, and landscape composition
- Usage of specialized tools provided during the workshop

About Creative Gardening Workshops
Why I Do This
I started Urban Jungle to give folks a break from the city buzz. These creative gardening workshops are all about letting you chill out, play with plants, and walk away with something cool and personal. You don’t need any gardening experience.
What Happens in the Workshop
For two hours, you’re in my space, making your own tiny garden. You get options - maybe a whimsical fairy garden, a peaceful zen spot, or a bonsai art experience. Everything’s hands-on, and I’m right there to guide you. We get a little messy, chat about plants, and figure out how you want your mini world to look.

A Bit of Real Talk
Sometimes, the plants don’t cooperate. Sometimes, your fairy garden ends up looking more jungly than fairy-like. That’s part of the fun. You’ll go home with a living piece of calm.

My Story
Hi, I’m Shipra. Used to be a data engineer, now I run Urban Jungle with my husband and, well, Bhau the dog (he’s the real boss). Quit the 9-to-5 for this wild green ride. It’s messy, not always pretty, but every thank you, every team smile, makes it worth it. Started with a puja, now we’re here - juggling plants, people, and dreams. No salary, just heart.
