About ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs) Core Sculpting
In these classes, I do not just watch you move. I provide hands-on assistance, especially during those tricky core movements like leg raises, to make sure you hit the right muscle groups without straining your back. It is all about doing the reps correctly so you actually see results.
Why ABT?
ABT stands for Abs, Butt, and Thighs. It is the ultimate lower body and core conditioning workout. If you are tired of mindless treadmill cardio and want to actually build shape and stability, this is the class for you.
What Happens in a Session
We follow a structured flow. We start with a 7-minute dynamic warm-up to get the blood flowing. Then, we hit the main circuit—40 minutes of high-intensity functional training. We use dumbbells, aerobic steppers, and 5kg to 7kg medicine balls to create resistance. I mix in squats, lunges, and plank variations to challenge your stability. We blast Bollywood and EDM tracks to keep the energy levels high, which really helps when the burn kicks in.
Who Is This For?
Beginner or intermediate, it does not matter. I scale the exercises, so if you are just starting, you can go lighter, and if you are advanced, we add more weight or decrease the rest time. Whether you join me at 21 Fitness in Vasant Kunj, Punjabi Bagh, or any of my other Delhi locations, you get the same high-energy vibe.
Practical Stuff
Expect to sweat. You will feel sore the next day. That is how you know the work is paying off. Bring your water bottle, wear comfortable training shoes, and come ready to push your limits.
