Functional & Agility Training in Delhi
Fitness is a party, and functional training is where we really push the limits. I use agility ladders, cones, and medicine balls to help you move better, faster, and stronger—all while having a blast.
A perfect example of our functional training drills. Clients work through agility ladder exercises to improve footwork and coordination, followed by interactive partner drills using medicine balls.
Here, my clients are focused on agility drills using cones to practice quick changes in direction. These exercises are great for improving athletic responsiveness and cardiovascular health.
This outdoor functional circuit includes a variety of movements. You can see clients performing agility ladder drills for speed, planks for core stability, and medicine ball exercises for power.
About Functional & Agility Training
We don't just stand around lifting weights here. In these sessions, we focus on compound movements like burpees and ladder drills that actually help you in your daily life. You'll be using battle ropes and 5-7kg medicine balls, moving fast to keep your heart rate up—it's high-intensity, sweaty, and totally fun.
How We Train
I structure my Functional & Agility classes to be high-energy and effective. We use Tabata-style intervals (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) because they are fantastic for metabolic conditioning and burning calories long after the class is over.
Here is what you can expect:
- Agility Drills: We use ladders and cones to work on footwork and coordination.
- Strength & Power: Battle ropes and medicine balls are staples for building explosive power.
- Community Vibe: Just like in my dance classes, the music here is loud, the motivation is constant, and we support each other through every plank and squat.
Where To Find Me
I host these sessions across multiple locations in Delhi including Vasant Kunj, Punjabi Bagh, Dwarka, Vikaspuri, and Greater Kailash. Whether you are a beginner looking to start your journey or someone wanting to sharpen their athletic response, the intensity is scalable. You set your pace, and I'll push you to hit your personal best.
Why Functional Training?
It’s about being fit for real life. By training your body to move in multiple planes of motion, you improve your balance, reduce injury risk, and build a core that looks and functions great. Plus, with my group dynamics, you won't even realize how hard you're working until you're done. Aya fir maza k nhi?
