HIIT & Tabata Workouts

These sessions are all about high-intensity interval training to maximize fat burn and boost your metabolism. I structure the workouts with short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief rest periods, using a mix of bodyweight moves and equipment.

Functional & Agility Training

This is where we train for real-life strength and movement. I use equipment like agility ladders, cones, and medicine balls to improve your coordination, balance, and explosive power in a dynamic group environment.

ABT (Abs, Butt & Thighs) Core Sculpting

These classes are specifically designed to target and strengthen your core and lower body. We focus on controlled movements and resistance exercises to build stability, sculpt muscle, and increase power in your abs, glutes, and thighs.
