Don’t stress about nailing every move; the goal is to sweat, let the music lead, and have a blast while we’re at it.

If you've been searching for a way to burn calories without staring at a treadmill clock, this is it. I don't believe in drill-sergeant-style classes where you have to be perfect. My sessions are about the 'tashan' (attitude) and the rhythm. Since I’m a licensed ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) member, I get early access to official Zumba tracks, which means our playlist is always fresh and updated with the latest Latin and international beats.
