Monthly Live Online Training
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: 5 live sessions per week (Monday to Friday, approx. 20 sessions per month).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Platform: Live interactive Zoom calls allowing for real time feedback and form correction.
- Batch Type: Small to medium groups to ensure individual attention.
Training Curriculum
- Football Skills: Ball mastery, technical drills, and close control footwork optimized for small spaces.
- Fitness & Conditioning: HIIT workouts including plyometrics, core stability, and bodyweight strength exercises.
- Recovery: Dedicated weekly Yoga session led by a specialist instructor for flexibility and injury prevention.
Coaching & Requirements
- Trainers: Led by AIFF Certified Coaches.
- Mentorship: Focus on discipline, mental resilience, and life skills alongside physical training.
- Language: Instruction provided in Hinglish (Hindi + English).
- User Requirements: Minimum 6x6 ft space, 1 football, yoga mat, and stable internet.

Why We Started
Back in 2020, jab sab kuch confusing tha (when everything was a mess), I kicked off Uncaged Football Academy with one motto: Love, Peace, and Respect. For me, football is not just a sport - it's how you figure out life. This online program is our way of sharing that feeling, right from your own home.
What You Get
- Live, interactive sessions on Zoom - not just pre-recorded stuff. We train together, and I’ll be there to give real feedback or just throw in a quick "shabaash, bhai!" (well done, mate!).
- Mix of fitness and football, Monday to Friday, one hour each day
- All ages and levels welcome, from aspiring players to anyone who just wants to move more
- First two sessions? Bilkul free (completely free) - try before you decide
How Sessions Work
- No need for fancy gear, just a football, bit of space, and some josh (energy)
- Each week blends:
- Strength and conditioning drills
- HIIT and balance work
- Ball mastery to boost touch and control (even in a small room)
- Special yoga session for football players - flexibility and chill for athletes

My Story
Uncaged started in 2020, right when everything felt heavy. Football, for me, is more than just kicks and goals. It’s a journey - ek safar hai (a journey) to connect skills from the pitch to real life. 'Uncaged' ka matlab hi hai (Uncaged means) let kids fly, not trap them. We’ve taught football in places like Grahan village, Himachal, where no one had played before. Hum saath seekhte hain, saath badhte hain (we learn together, we grow together). Whether it’s Delhi or the hills, we’re building a football family, one kick at a time.
