You will be training live on Zoom with us, not just following a pre-recorded video. I personally watch your form in real-time, giving you immediate feedback to fix your technique or a quick 'shabaash' when you nail a drill. It’s personal, interactive, and built to keep you motivated, even when you’re training in your own space.
How We Train
Our online program proves that you don't need a massive field to improve your game. We blend HIIT, ball mastery, and conditioning into a one-hour daily routine, Monday to Friday.
- Ball Mastery: We focus on close control and touch, using drills that require only a 6x6 ft space and your football.
- Fitness & HIIT: Expect bodyweight exercises and plyometrics that build explosive power without needing expensive gym equipment.
- Recovery: We include dedicated Yoga sessions to help with flexibility and injury prevention, ensuring you stay in the game for the long haul.
