Apparatus Training: Bars, Beam & Vault
From finding balance on the beam to mastering the bars, we help every student gain confidence through controlled, expert-led apparatus training.
To be a champion, you must train like one. Watch our gymnasts develop incredible upper body strength and control as they practice on the parallel bars with the careful guidance of our coaches.
Mastering the bars takes practice and courage. We guide our students through each step, from their first swing to completing full routines, building their strength and confidence along the way.
From the parallel bars to the foam pit, we make learning fun and safe. This video shows our students practicing various skills, including handstands and dismounts, in a supportive environment.
About On the Bars, Beam & Vault
You might wonder if it is safe for a total beginner to get on the bars. We use a supervised foam pit system, meaning students can practice their dismounts and swings with a soft landing, removing the fear factor so they can focus on technique instead of just trying not to fall.
Building Strength on the Apparatus
Our apparatus training goes beyond just flips. Whether it is the balance beam, uneven bars, or vault, every piece of equipment serves a purpose in building core strength, coordination, and body awareness. We believe that strength is built through repetition and proper form, not by rushing into complex routines.
Safety First
We operate in high-ceiling facilities in Jakkur, Kalyan Nagar, and RT Nagar, equipped with professional-grade gymnastics carpet flooring and foam pits. Our coaching staff maintains a small student-to-coach ratio, typically 1:10 or 1:12, ensuring that every child gets hands-on spotting during bar work and beam practice. You will not find overcrowded, chaotic classes here; we value giving each gymnast their turn to perfect that cartwheel or handstand.
Common Questions
Do I need prior experience? Not at all. Our apparatus sessions cater to all levels, from 3-year-olds taking their first steps on the low beam to adults looking to build functional strength.
What is the training environment like? Our facilities are warehouse-style with excellent ventilation and fan-cooling. We prioritize a clean, safe training environment that allows us to focus on the movement, not the temperature.
What is the primary focus? We focus on fundamentals: forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and basic apparatus transitions. It is about building confidence at your own pace.
