Professional Mixologist Hire (Labor Only)
Staffing & Time
- Expertise: 1 uniformed, skilled mixologist proficient in classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Duration: Up to 6 hours of active service (plus setup and breakdown time).
- Attire: Professional black formal wear or uniform.
Included Equipment
- Personal Bar Kit: Professional Boston shakers, strainers, muddlers, and bar spoons.
- Measurement: Jiggers and pour spouts for accurate pouring.
- Service Tools: Bottle openers, ice scoops, and tongs.
Service Scope
- Execution: Mixing drinks based on your provided stock and menu.
- Note: This service excludes the bar counter, glassware, ice, ingredients, and support staff.

- Bar Setup: 1 Portable folding bar or rustic wooden pallet bar (approx. 4 to 6 ft).
- Glassware: Approximately 200 glasses including Highball, Whiskey, Wine, and Shooter glasses.
- Station: Ice chest, spill mats, and bar organizers.
Consumables
- Mixers: Canned juices, sodas, tonic water, and bottled water.
- Flavoring: Professional syrups (e.g., Monin) and fresh purees.
- Garnishes: Fresh lemon, mint, basil, chilies, and rimming salts.
- Ice: Unlimited cubes and crushed ice.

- Team: 1 Senior Mixologist and 1 Barback to handle service and washing.

- LED Bar: 8 to 10 ft modular acrylic bar with customizable LED lighting.
- Signage: Marquee lights or aesthetic bar signage.
- Luxury Glassware: Crystal cut glasses, Copper Mugs, Tiki mugs, and Coupes.
Experience & Entertainment
- Theatrics: Fire flair performance and bottle juggling entertainment.
- Molecular Drinks: Dry ice smoke effects and smoke gun infusions.
- Ingredients: Exotic fruits (Dragon fruit, Berries) and imported herbs.
