Bartender Hire (Staff & Tools Only)
Staffing & Shift Details
- 1 Professional Bartender: Selection between Mixologist (taste focus) or Flair Bartender (entertainment focus).
- Shift Duration: Standard 6 to 8 hour shift (typically 6 PM to 2 AM).
- Attire: Professional uniform (black shirt, trousers, vest, and tie).
Professional Tool Kit
- Hardware: Boston shakers, jiggers (30ml/60ml), bar spoons, muddlers, strainers, and speed pourers.
- Performance Gear: Flair bottles included if flair bartender is selected.
- Essentials: Bottle opener and cleaning cloth.
Client Requirements (Not Included)
- Infrastructure: Bar counter, tables, linens, and glassware.
- Consumables: Alcohol, juices, syrups, ice, fruits, and garnishes.
Complete Mobile Bar Package (Setup + Mixers + Staff)
Bar Setup & Glassware
- Mobile Counter: 8 to 12 ft portable bar equipped with LED strips or wooden finish.
- Glassware: Whisky tumblers, Highballs, Pilsners, and Wine glasses (approx. 3 glasses per guest rotation).
- Logistics: Includes transport, loading, and unloading of equipment.
Beverage Inclusions (Unlimited)
- Mixers: Soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Soda), Canned Juices (Orange, Cranberry, Pineapple), Tonic Water, and Ginger Ale.
- Cocktail Ingredients: House made syrups, purees, cordials, and fresh garnishes (Mint, Basil, Rosemary, Dehydrated fruits).
- Ice: Unlimited cubes and crushed ice.
- Menu: Curation of 4 to 6 custom cocktails and mocktails.
Staffing
- Team: 1 Bartender for every 50 to 60 guests.
- Support: 1 Barback for washing and replenishment.

- Theatrics: Dry ice smoke effects, smoking guns for aromatics, and foam garnishes.
- Vessels: Drinks served in theme specific holders (Test tubes, Tikis, miniature bathtubs).
- Performance: Flair slots involving fire flair (venue permitting) and bottle juggling.
Premium Upgrades
- Branding: Personalized peel stamps (e.g., initials) or edible logo paper.
- Glassware: Upgrade to crystal cut whisky glasses and stemmed gin goblets.

We trained at Planetfluid academy, and every event we do, it’s personal – from Money Heist madness to soulful Sufi nights. When clients say, 'drinks non-stop', we take it as a mission.
