About Our Custom Bar Setups
When choosing your setup, think about your venue's flow. Our classic tufted bars work great in indoor banquet halls where you need a refined, clean look. However, if you are planning an outdoor celebration or a high-energy sangeet, our LED modular bars are better because they act as a visual beacon, drawing guests toward the action even in low-light settings.
The bar setup isn't just about where we pour drinks; it’s about framing the energy of the room. We offer three primary styles, each designed for a different kind of event.
Our Setup Styles
- The LED Forming Bar: This is our high-energy option. It features modular acrylic panels with customizable lighting. It’s perfect for weddings, sangeets, or any event where you want the bar to be the focal point of the decor. It requires a standard power point nearby.
- The Classic Tufted Bar: For a more sophisticated or formal vibe, we use our beige or white tufted bars. These look fantastic in hotel ballrooms and corporate environments, providing a clean, professional aesthetic that matches formal decor.
- The Rustic Wooden Bar: If you are hosting a garden party, a farmhouse event, or a casual Sunday brunch, this setup fits perfectly. It provides an earthy, grounded feel that doesn't compete with nature-heavy venues.
Practical Logistics
Before you book, consider the space available. Our standard bar setups range from 4 to 10 feet in length.
- Space: We need a minimum of 6 feet of clearance for our smaller setups and up to 10-12 feet for our larger LED designs to ensure our team has enough room to move freely.
- Access: If your event is at a venue, please check if there is a service elevator or if we need to carry the setup up stairs, as this affects our setup time.
- Placement: The bar needs to be on level ground. If you are planning an outdoor event, we can manage on grass or stone, but let us know in advance so we can ensure the structure is stable.
My team handles the full assembly, glassware layout, and lighting checks before the first guest arrives, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
