About Our Youngest Stars: Grassroots Program (U8-U11)
We keep our groups small with a 12:1 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures every child gets personalized feedback during drills instead of getting lost in the crowd. Whether your child is picking up a football for the first time or already has some experience, our coaches spend time correcting posture, dribbling technique, and passing mechanics in every single session.
We believe the U8-U11 stage is where lifelong habits are formed. Our sessions aren't just about play; they are about structured physical development. We use agility ladders, hurdles, and technical drills to build coordination, speed, and ball mastery. But we also know kids need to enjoy the game. You'll see us encouraging them with active, on-field feedback—don’t be surprised to hear our coaches shouting 'Shabash!' when a drill is done correctly.
We offer regular exposure through friendly matches and tournaments like the Pride Cup and Reliance Foundation Junior League. This gives kids early experience with match-day pressure, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a controlled environment.
Training happens at our dedicated facilities in Sector 58, Sector 67 (Vibgyor School), and Sector 34 (DPGITM College). We rotate between natural grass and turf to ensure players are comfortable on different surfaces. For parents looking for a long-term pathway, this grassroots program serves as the foundation for our Elite Performance Tier, providing a clear route from early training to competitive youth leagues.
