A training session with international players in Tunisia. This kind of exposure is invaluable for competitive athletes looking to reach the next level.
My player during a practice session in Germany. We travel to give our athletes the chance to learn from different coaches and compete against new opponents.

Training with a young player at the Howrah Kadamala Saraswati Sangha in Kolkata. I believe in building talent from the ground up, wherever it may be.
About Training Camps: Local & Global
When you join these camps, expect more than just standing at a table. I run my sessions with the same intensity I used to raise my daughter to the international level. For my high-performance athletes, this means double sessions—two hours of morning fitness, followed by three hours of multi-ball, sand training, and medicine ball drills. We do not take shortcuts. If you are here, you are here to work.
My training camps are designed for one thing: building a solid player. Whether we are at my home academy in Kharghar, running a summer program in Neem Ka Thana, or training in Kolkata, the methodology remains the same.
Beginner Foundation (21 Days) This is for those building their game from zero. We focus on the absolute basics: the correct grip (Shakehand or Penhold), the right stance, and fundamental footwork. You will learn to handle the racket with control before we move to counter-hit techniques. The final week ends with a league tournament to see where you stand.
High-Performance Intensive (10 Days) This is for serious competitors. We go hard. You will face high-velocity multi-ball feeding to improve your reaction speed. We train your body off the table too—using medicine balls for core strength and sand drills for leg explosion.
We also include recovery sessions, like swimming, to keep the muscles ready for the next session. This is about total athlete development, not just hitting a ball. If you are ready for a real challenge, I am ready to coach you.
