What Drives Me
I’m Sandeep Ghosh, and for me, table tennis is all about hard work, dedication, and discipline. That’s how I coach, and that’s what I expect from anyone joining me on the court. These things aren’t easy. But if you stick with it, you’ll see the results.
Results That Matter
My students win medals, from state-level table tennis medals to international tournaments. My daughter, Swastika Ghosh, started with me and became India Rank 1 - I’ve seen her struggle, I’ve seen her win, and I still remind her, Woh shoes toh ab nahi rahe (Those shoes are gone now), but the hard work sticks. My coaching has helped kids and pros compete and succeed in WTT events and leagues abroad.
How I Coach
Beginner or pro, I adapt my coaching to you. For newbies, I start with the basics - proper grip, stance, all the strokes, and multi-ball training for sharp reflexes. With advanced players, I get into match tactics, power topspin technique, and mental conditioning for table tennis. I travel with my athletes and support them on-site during big tournaments.
Fitness is Core
Fitness is non-negotiable. We do agility and speed drills, strength work, sand training for stamina, and focus on recovery too - swimming and stretching are part of the routine.
On Court With Me
I’m direct, sometimes strict. You’ll hear me say, Kachhe eshe dure jaa. Kachhe on the bounce ne. (Come close, then go far. Close, take it on the bounce.) That’s how we build your game, step by step.
What You Get
I run my academy in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, and travel for camps. My promise is simple - I’ll give you every tool I know so you keep improving. Progress, always, not perfection.

Basics First, Always - কাছে এসে দূরে যা (come near, go far) – simple drills, strong foundation before anything else.
Fitness & Recovery Routine - Morning fitness, swimming, agility, conditioning. Fitness for young athletes is non-negotiable here.
Building Champions - From first timers to international medalists, I train all. Progress, not perfection – results follow.
