You cannot play at the top if your body isn't ready. We train off the table with sand drills, swimming, and agility circuits to build explosive power and endurance.

Quick feet are non-negotiable in table tennis. This agility drill helps players stay light on their feet and ready to move in any direction.

Sand training in Rajasthan is tough but effective. It builds incredible leg strength and stamina that pays off during long matches.

An agility and conditioning circuit at our academy. We use hurdles, hoops, and cones to improve coordination, speed, and overall fitness.

Strength training with a 4kg medicine ball. This exercise builds core strength, which is essential for generating power in your shots.

I use resistance bands to teach proper form for lateral movements. This strengthens the hips and legs for explosive side-to-side steps.

Swimming is a very important recovery exercise for athletes. It helps relax the muscles and improves cardiovascular fitness without putting stress on the joints.

We never miss our morning fitness sessions. Whether on the track or in the gym, building a strong athletic base is a priority at my camps.

About Strength & Agility Training

I don't believe in just hitting balls for hours. If you want to handle high-velocity rallies, you need core strength from medicine balls and explosive leg power from sand training. We train the body to support the game, not just to look fit.

Most players stop at the table. They think table tennis is just about the arm. That is a mistake. If you want to play at the national or international level, your legs must be as fast as your reflexes. My academy in Kharghar and our satellite camps in places like Neem Ka Thana focus on what happens when you aren't hitting the ball.

Why Off-Table Training Matters

  • Explosive Power: We use 4kg medicine balls to build the core stability you need for power topspins.
  • Leg Conditioning: Sand training is brutal, but it creates balance and endurance that you cannot get on a gym floor. It builds the base for those side-to-side explosive movements.
  • Recovery: You cannot train hard if you do not recover hard. We use swimming as a non-negotiable part of our conditioning to relax muscles and keep joints healthy for the long term.
  • Agility Drills: Ladder drills, resistance bands, and hoops. We focus on foot speed because a slow player is an easy target.

We do not look for shortcuts here. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will work harder than you thought possible. But when you are in the fifth set of a tough match, you will thank the sand pits and the medicine balls. That is how champions are made.
