Stop hoping for results and start training for them. I break down your game shot-by-shot, teaching you how to build the foundation that turns a beginner into a competitor.

An intense multi-ball drill from our advanced camp. The focus here is on consistent shot-making under pressure and maintaining form even when tired.

A high-level rally during a training session in Tunisia. Notice the quick footwork and the ability to switch from attack to defense in a split second.

Practicing against different styles is crucial. This session in Germany focuses on responding to a variety of spins and speeds.

Age is just a number. Watch this veteran player execute a perfect block against a powerful attack, showing that good technique and timing beat raw power.

A classic multi-ball feeding drill. This helps players groove their strokes and build muscle memory for consistent forehand and backhand shots.

Another look at our multi-ball training. I feed the balls to specific spots to work on a player's movement patterns and shot placement.

Here you can see a player working on their backhand topspin during a multi-ball session. Repetition is the key to making these shots automatic in a match.

This drill focuses on the transition from backhand to forehand. We work on keeping the body balanced while moving to cover the whole table.

Shadow practice is essential for perfecting technique. This player is working on his footwork and stroke mechanics without the ball, focusing purely on form.

From our summer camp, players work on basic rallies. This builds a solid foundation for control and consistency.

About On-Table Drills & Technique

My signature approach starts with a simple drill: Kachhe eshe dure jaa (move in, then out). I feed the balls, and you control the distance, keep it soft, and take it on the bounce. This is how you build touch and reaction speed before we ever start smashing. If you cannot master this, you cannot master the game.

Technique is not about looking good. It is about consistent, automatic movement. At my Kharghar academy, we do not spend hours talking. We spend hours at the table.

The Multi-Ball Difference

I use multi-ball training as the backbone of our sessions. By feeding balls at specific speeds and placements, I force you to build muscle memory. You will drill your forehand and backhand until they become automatic. Whether we are correcting your grip, refining your stance, or working on that precise topspin, the goal is the same: eliminate wasted motion.

Why My Approach Works

  • Basics First: Before you learn power, you learn control. We obsess over the fundamentals of grip and footwork.
  • Reaction Training: Using multi-ball feeds, I train your eyes and hands to react faster to spin and speed.
  • Practicality: I don't care if you have the most expensive racket. I care if you have the discipline to show up and sweat. We train in Kharghar with the same intensity I used to train my own daughter, Swastika.

Training Structure

  • 21-Day Foundation: Perfect for those starting from scratch. We cover grip, movement, and the basics of counter-hitting.
  • 10-Day High-Performance: For the serious player. Expect a heavy workload—multi-ball drills, intensive shadow practice, and match-play against state-level players.

Results are not an accident. They are a consequence of the work you put in on this table.
