Real results don't come from luck. They come from discipline, fitness, and endless, focused repetition on the court. This is how we build champions.

Beating the top players is always an awesome feeling. This is my daughter Swastika during a WTT Feeder Series match, showing the result of relentless practice and a strong mental game. This is the level we train for.

This is a proud moment. My daughter, Swastika Ghosh, became India Rank 1. It all started with hard work and a dream, and this shows what dedication can do. I train all my students with the same goal to reach their highest potential.

Fitness is not optional here. This is a glimpse of our agility and reflex training using light-based reaction drills. Quick feet and a sharp mind are essential for high-level table tennis, and we build that right here in the academy.

This video tells my story. It's about a promise I made to my daughter and the values of hard work, dedication, and discipline that I pass on to every student. *Woh shoes toh ab nahi rahe*, but the lesson behind them is forever.

This is how I coach, right there with my players. You can hear me instructing, "Kachhe eshe dure jaa. Kachhe on the bounce ne." It means come close, then go far, take it on the bounce. We work on footwork and positioning until it becomes second nature, even in international training camps like this one in Tunisia.

We train to develop weapons in the game. Here is Swastika executing a dangerous banana flick loaded with spin during a WTT Contender match. This is an advanced receive technique we perfect to put pressure on the opponent from the very first shot.

My coaching is for everyone who is serious, from young beginners to seasoned pros. Here I am with my student Riyanshi Goswami after she won a medal at the Bengal State Championship in the U-11 category. Seeing my young players succeed is a great joy.

It is a different feeling when recognition comes from the Honourable Prime Minister of India. This letter acknowledging Swastika's contribution to Indian table tennis is a testament to the years of hard work. It inspires all of us to aim even higher.

My coaching is about the grind, not just hitting a ball. You will hear me on the court constantly shouting, 'Kachhe eshe dure jaa' (come close, then go far). We drill this movement until your footwork becomes automatic, because if your feet are not in position, you cannot execute a powerful shot, no matter how good your swing is.
