My Coaching Journey: Hard Work and Discipline

Table tennis is a game of reflexes, but it starts with mental discipline. In my Kharghar academy, we don't just stand and hit balls. We build a foundation.

The Methodology

When I train, I am vocal and demanding. You will hear me say, Kachhe eshe dure jaa (Come close, then go far). We work on your stance, your grip, and your footwork until it becomes muscle memory. For students in Navi Mumbai, this means training on professional ITTF-approved tables with synthetic sports flooring. Whether you are a beginner picking up the paddle for the first time or a competitive player looking to sharpen your 'Banana Flick,' the intensity remains the same.

More Than Training

My philosophy is simple: Progress, not perfection. I have seen students arrive with shaky hands and leave with the confidence to compete in WTT Contender events. My role is to diagnose your technical flaws, adjust your biomechanics, and push you when you feel like quitting.

How We Start

If you join my program, expect a routine. Fitness is non-negotiable. We do agility drills, resistance training, and recovery work. I travel with my students to tournaments because I believe in being on the court with you during the pressure of a match.
