These aren't just trophies. They are the result of years of early mornings, sweat, and relentless discipline on the table.

This is a proud moment. My daughter, Swastika Ghosh, became India Rank 1. It all started with hard work and a dream, and this shows what dedication can do. I train all my students with the same goal to reach their highest potential.

It is a different feeling when recognition comes from the Honourable Prime Minister of India. This letter acknowledging Swastika's contribution to Indian table tennis is a testament to the years of hard work. It inspires all of us to aim even higher.

Consistency is key. This graphic shows Swastika's hat trick of medals at three consecutive National Ranking Table Tennis Championships. Winning Gold and Silver at this level shows her consistent performance and dominance in the national circuit.

Another international medal for the collection. Here we are after Swastika finished as the runner-up at the Smash On Drugs International Championship in Bali, Indonesia. Competing and winning against strong international players is what we train for.

A very proud moment for us as Swastika receives the Shiv Chhatrapati Award, the highest sporting honor in Maharashtra. This award recognizes her outstanding achievements and contribution to table tennis.

It's important to have support from all sides. Here, the principal of Swastika's college, CKT College, is honoring her for winning two Gold and one Bronze medal at the 37th National Games in Goa.

The Maharashtra Women's Team, including my student Swastika, with their silver medals at the 38th National Games. Team events build character and show the strength of our players together.

Another podium finish at the Senior National Championships in Jammu. My students secured the Silver medal in the Women's Doubles event for Maharashtra.

My coaching is for everyone who is serious, from young beginners to seasoned pros. Here I am with my student Riyanshi Goswami after she won a medal at the Bengal State Championship in the U-11 category. Seeing my young players succeed is a great joy.

About Proven Results: Medals and Recognition

Real success comes from tactical aggression, not just hitting the ball back and forth. In my sessions, we stop relying on 'safe' shots and start building high-percentage, point-winning tactics. Whether you are aiming for a district medal or an international podium, the training intensity, spanning from reflex-pod drills to game-simulation match play, is designed to bridge the gap between amateur play and consistent tournament success.

Success in competitive table tennis doesn't happen by accident. It is built in my Kharghar academy through repetitive, high-intensity drills and a refusal to settle for mediocrity. When I look at the medals my students have won—from National Games podiums to WTT Feeder finals—I see the specific hours spent perfecting a backhand flick or conditioning for the fifth set of a match.

The Path to the Podium

My training methodology moves students away from generic practice. We focus on:

  • Biomechanical Correction: Before you can win, you must be efficient. I analyze your stance and grip to ensure you aren't wasting energy or limiting your swing.
  • Game Simulation: We use robot training and pressure-match play to prepare you for the psychological demands of tournaments.
  • Tournament Planning: Winning requires more than just skill. It requires knowing when to play, how to scout opponents, and how to maintain form over a long tournament calendar.

Why Results Matter

My coaching has produced champions like Swastika Ghosh, who transitioned from local academy drills to international WTT events. But whether you are an U-11 student winning your first Bengal State Championship medal or a senior player competing in the National Games, the standard is the same. We train for the win, not just the experience.

If you are ready to stop playing casually and start competing seriously, the work begins on the court in Kharghar. We build your game from the ground up, ensuring your technique holds up when the pressure is highest.
