Experience a delicious eruption of flavors with our Volcano Idli. The sambhar is tucked inside a soft, fluffy idli, creating a perfect, self contained bite that bursts with tangy goodness.

I don't believe in fusion for the sake of trends. Before any dish like our Charcoal Cheeseburst Idli or Volcano Idli makes it to your wedding menu, my family and I personally taste it. If the combination doesn't respect the original flavour profile, it's out. We only serve creations that improve the experience, not just ones that look good on Instagram.

Most fusion catering is just random ingredients thrown together. That’s not how we operate at Trupti. We started in 1980, and our philosophy is simple: understand the roots before you change the branches. When we make something like Dosa Canapés or a Masala Maggi Chilla, we aren't trying to hide the original taste; we are trying to elevate it into a bite-sized format that works for a bustling wedding crowd.

  • Lychee Petha Paan Brulee: We took a traditional Indian dessert and used a French torching technique to caramelize the sweetness. It is a showstopper for the dessert counter.
  • Crispy Bhathure Pops: We re-engineered the classic Chole Bhature into a finger food that vanishes from the tray the moment it is served.
