I love creating fusion appetizers like these crispy spring rolls served in shot glasses with a sweet chili dipping sauce. This modern presentation is both stylish and convenient for guests.

These golden-fried cheese balls are a crowd-favorite appetizer. Served with a tangy dipping sauce, they are crispy on the outside and filled with warm, melted cheese.
