Our Charcoal Cheeseburst Idli is where tradition meets a delicious surprise. I created this dish to be a true showstopper. It’s made with activated charcoal for that striking black color, and when you cut into the soft, smoky idli, a stream of molten cheese flows out. It’s fusion that makes sense, and a dish your guests will talk about long after the wedding.

You can't beat the drama and aroma of a live barbecue station. Here, we're grilling paneer tikka skewers over hot coals until they are perfectly charred and smoky. This is the kind of interactive food experience that brings so much energy to a wedding daawat.
