About Chaat Corner & Appetizers

Here is the reality of our chaat counters: we do not just put out pre-filled bowls. Every live station, from our smoking Banarasi Tamatar Chaat to the molecular nitrogen-infused dhokla, is managed by a dedicated chef who handles the assembly and hygiene right before your eyes. We do not believe in pre-plated cold snacks. If it is on your plate, it has been assembled in the last thirty seconds.

Our approach to appetizers is simple: it needs to hit the sweet, spicy, and tangy notes that define an Indian celebration. We have moved far beyond the generic samosa-kachori routine to offer a real culinary experience.
