Pricing Guide
Group Learning Batches
Logistics
- Batch Size: Small cohort of 3 to 5 students per instructor.
- Schedule: 4 sessions per month (1 hour per week).
- Makeup Policy: Missed classes are generally not rescheduled unless cancelled by the institute.
Equipment Policy
- Guitars & Violins: Students must bring their own instrument (BYOI). Amps provided for electric guitars.
- Drums: Practice on in-house Electronic Drum Kits (rubber pads). Students must bring their own sticks.
- Keys: Access to Yamaha PSR-E series (or equivalent) portable keyboards during class.
Syllabus & Events
- Standardized curriculum covering sight-reading, chords, scales, and Bollywood/Western Pop songs.
- Eligibility to participate in monthly Open Mic nights.
Private Lessons & Exam Prep
Personalised Instruction
- Format: Dedicated 1-on-1 session with a specialized faculty member.
- Pace: Customized to the student's speed with immediate correction of technique and posture.
- Scheduling: Higher priority for slot selection compared to group batches.
Certification Support
- Curriculum: Aligned with Trinity, ABRSM, or RockSchool grade syllabi.
- Preparation: Includes music theory integration and mock exam simulations.
- Note: Actual exam fees and text books are not included in the tuition.
Performance Coaching
- Specific grooming for stage presence and audience engagement.
- Vocal students utilize microphones and PA systems during lessons to learn amplified singing.

Why We Teach
I always say, music’s for everyone. At Trishan School of Music, I help kids and adults get started, improve, or just have fun with their favorite instrument. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never held a guitar or you want to ace your next exam - I’ve got something for you.
Instruments Covered
- Guitar (acoustic, electric) - you’ll learn everything from Western rock guitar tutorials to Bollywood songs.
- Piano and keyboard - covers movie themes, pop hits, and classics.
- Drums (mostly electronic kits) - I focus on rhythm, basics, and getting your groove right.
- Violin - Carnatic violin lessons and Western styles available.
- Ukulele - super easy, even for total beginners.
Who Can Join
I work with absolute beginners, folks coming back after years, and even advanced players. Age doesn’t matter - bachche, adults, seniors, all are welcome. Some come for beginner music classes, others want serious exam prep.
Beyond Lessons
Learning’s cool, but playing in front of others is next level. I host open mic nights and jam sessions - you get real stage time, meet other students, and build confidence.
My Approach

- You pick solo or group instrument sessions.
- If you want international music grade exam prep, I help with Trinity, ABRSM, LCM, and RSL certifications.

My Story
At Trishan School of Music, music is for everyone. Kids, adults, first-timers, pros - all welcome here. We started in Bangalore just wanting to give folks a space to try out music, mess up, have fun. Whether it’s a Hindustani raag, a Kannada hit, or drumming to Queen, we love seeing students grow. Our open-mic nights? Full-on fun, no stress. Watching students go from 'Jingle Bells' to ABRSM exams, that’s what keeps us going.
My Work
