Most people think transformation is just about starving yourself to look leaner. My approach is the opposite. Look at the data: when I was 85kg, I was eating 3400 calories a day to fuel heavy deadlifts. When I dropped to 75kg for aesthetics, the training protocol shifted entirely. You do not need to starve; you need a strategy that shifts as your goals shift from raw strength to defined physique.
