Most people think transformation is just about starving yourself to look leaner. My approach is the opposite. Look at the data: when I was 85kg, I was eating 3400 calories a day to fuel heavy deadlifts. When I dropped to 75kg for aesthetics, the training protocol shifted entirely. You do not need to starve; you need a strategy that shifts as your goals shift from raw strength to defined physique.

Transformation is a process of managing stress on your body and your mind. I don't just sell workout plans; I teach you how to survive the grind.

The Hybrid Approach

My coaching blends powerlifting and bodybuilding. You will squat, bench, and deadlift to build a functional foundation, but you will also hit high-rep isolation work to sculpt your muscles. If you are only lifting for strength, you get strong but miss the look. If you only lift for looks, you plateau fast. We do both.

Recovering from the Lows

I have been through a ripped jaw, six root canals, and a severe shoulder injury that kept me away from powerlifting. The video of my X-ray isn't there for sympathy; it is there to show that setbacks happen. What matters is how you come back. My injury management protocols are built on experience, not textbooks. We adjust your splits around your mobility and limitations so you can keep training.

Contest prep and life changes are mentally draining. You will have days where you want to quit. That is when the coaching matters most.
