Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living Design
We design homes where the living room does not stop at the glass door. By aligning floor levels, materials, and lighting, we extend your sanctuary to the terrace.
We designed this terrace as a true outdoor living room, complete with a central fire pit for warmth and ambiance. The space is framed by lush greenery and wooden cladding, creating a private, resort-like escape.

This outdoor lounge features our custom-made, weather-resistant furniture arranged around a central fire pit. The inclusion of mature palm trees and modern pendant lighting makes the space feel like an extension of the interior.

This image showcases the custom-built outdoor bar and service area, crafted from concrete and stone. The design is both rugged and refined, perfectly suited for outdoor entertaining.

About this collection
The secret to a seamless flow is matching your indoor floor levels and materials with the terrace deck. When the stone flooring from your living room extends directly onto the patio, and you use furniture that mirrors your indoor style, the eye stops perceiving a boundary. This approach turns a simple balcony into a functional second living room.
Our approach to indoor-outdoor living focuses on dissolving the transition between the two environments. In our M3M Gurgaon penthouse projects, we achieved this by installing continuous floor-to-ceiling glass doors that retract fully, removing the physical divide.
Materiality is the key to maintaining this harmony. We use stone cladding on exterior pillars that matches the wall treatments used inside the lounge, ensuring visual continuity. For the furniture, we rely on heavy, weather-resistant materials that carry the same aesthetic language as the indoor sofas.
Lighting plays a critical role after sunset. We install magnetic track lighting that extends from the interior ceilings to the covered outdoor areas, creating a uniform glow that prevents the patio from feeling like a separate, dark zone. If you are working with an existing space, we focus on level-matching and selecting high-grade, UV-resistant upholstery that feels as soft as indoor velvet but withstands the elements. We manage the entire fabrication in-house, so every piece is built to fit your specific balcony dimensions and layout requirements.
