About Coaching & Community
My corporate training sessions do not rely on fancy equipment or hours in a gym. I focus on bodyweight drills that specifically address the stiffness and posture issues caused by a sedentary workday, helping you gain energy rather than lose it. We use whatever space you have, whether that is a meeting room or a nearby office park, to build a routine that actually fits into your schedule.
I come from a corporate background, so I know that fitness is often the first thing cut from a busy calendar. My goal is to change that. Whether I am working with a startup team or a large group, the objective is the same: to create a culture of discipline over excuses.
How We Train
We focus on functional strength and mobility. You will learn movements that fix muscle imbalances and improve core stability, which is essential if you spend 8+ hours at a desk. It is not about burning calories for the sake of it; it is about building a body that can handle your professional life without breaking down.
Building the Tribe
Fitness is hard to do alone, but easy to do in a pack. I have seen employees who barely knew each other start holding each other accountable for track sessions. It is the same mindset I used to train Nirbhay for the Khardung La Challenge. We focus on consistent, structured effort. When you see your colleagues pushing through a set of lunges, it changes the dynamic of your team. You stop seeing health as a luxury and start seeing it as a performance metric for your career.
The Logistics
I travel to locations across Delhi NCR. We can set up recurring sessions at your office premises or meet at local tracks like Tau Devi Lal Stadium for larger group challenges. All you need is the intent to show up, and I will handle the programming. Savdhani hati, durghatna ghati—we train smart so you stay injury-free.
