You can't build endurance on weak legs. My programs focus on foundational strength with targeted gym exercises to prevent common running injuries, correct muscle imbalances, and build a powerful, bulletproof body.

This is the heart of endurance. I guide you through structured running workouts, from long slow runs and muddy trail sessions to intense track intervals, building the physical and mental grit needed for race day.

We don't guess, we measure. I use performance data like VO2 Max, heart rate zones, and pace splits to create a scientific and personalized training plan that ensures every workout is productive and moves you closer to your goals.

The grind is worth it. This is a celebration of the results earned through discipline and hard work, from age-category wins to personal bests and podium finishes at major races like the Tata Mumbai Marathon and HYROX.
