Bespoke Gifting for Men

When you give one of our gift sets, you are not just handing over a package. You are giving an invitation to our Parel studio, where I personally handle the measurements. The recipient will join me for a coffee, choose their own fabrics, and go through the same pattern-making process as my regular clients. It is a genuine experience that results in a garment made for their specific posture and style.

Choosing a gift for a man who has everything is often a struggle. That is why I started these bespoke gift sets. They move away from the standard retail experience and offer something tangible: a real connection with the craft of tailoring.

What the experience entails

The gift box is essentially an open pass to our bespoke services. Inside, the recipient finds a selection of premium fabric swatches—Egyptian Giza cotton, organic linen, or fine wool—along with a personal note inviting them to the studio. It is a promise of quality rather than just a product.

The Process

Once they visit us in Parel, the real work begins. We sit down, have a coffee, and talk about how they move and where they plan to wear their outfit. I take over 30 measurements, noting their natural posture and shoulder slope. We then move to the fitting stage. Just like with any standard commission, we do at least two fittings—a baste fitting with white threads and a final forward fitting. This ensures the shirt or suit they receive fits them like a second skin.

It takes the pressure off you to guess their size or color preference. You get to give them the luxury of choice and the quality of hand-tacked, full-canvas construction. Whether it is a single bespoke shirt or a full suit, they walk away with something that lasts, not just another object that gathers dust.
