On-site "Collar Fit Test" to select styles matching facial structure and role.
Fabrication
Selection ranges from Egyptian Giza cottons to Reda Active Merino Wool.
Construction
Individual paper pattern drafting (no block alterations). Single-needle stitching with high density (18-21 stitches per inch). Split yoke and reinforced side gussets for movement.
Trims
Ecuadorian Corozo or Mother of Pearl buttons on German shanks.
Fitting
Includes trial fit for complex body types delivered to the office.
Signature Canvas Business Suit
Fabric
Italian wools (Super 110s to 130s) from Vitale Barberis Canonico or Reda. 100% Cupro (Asahi Bemberg) breathable lining.
Construction
Hand-stitched "Kulti" horsehair canvas interior that molds to the body. Hand-set sleeves and pick stitching (AMF) on lapels. Functional surgeon's cuffs with real buttonholes.
Fitting Process
Raw "Baste" fitting (deconstructed trial) to correct posture and balance. Secondary forward fitting for fine-tuning.
Utilities
Sweat shields, heel guards, and device-specific interior pockets.

Top-tier selection from Ermenegildo Zegna, Scabal, or Loro Piana. Silk satin facings and braiding included for tuxedo commissions.
Artisanal Details
Hand-wound silk Milanese buttonhole on the lapel. Extensive hand-finishing on lining edges and waistbands.

Advanced pattern manipulation to correct drop shoulders or stooping posture.

We get it - squeezing in time for a tailoring appointment isn’t easy when work never stops. That’s why we started bringing our atelier to offices. Our corporate trunk shows make sure you don’t miss out on true bespoke tailoring for executives, even during packed weeks.
How Our Trunk Shows Work
- We set up a relaxed, masterclass-style pop-up right inside your workplace, not just a sales pitch. It’s jazz in the background, coffee in hand, and a bunch of fabric swatches to browse.
- The first step is a one-on-one style consultation. We talk about your job, travel, what you actually need your clothes to do, and how you want to feel in them.
- You’ll get to see and touch a selection of premium fabrics - Italian wools, British cottons, all the good stuff. We walk you through the custom fabric selection experience, so you know exactly what you’re choosing.
- Fit is everything. We go beyond simple measurements, looking at posture, shape, even 'kulti' (the internal pad stitching, for jacket structure) to nail that on-site suit fitting.

My Story
Threadsmith started with me and Ritika, just two folks in London, dreaming of more than clothes – we wanted connection. Think of those Sofar gigs, magic in small rooms. We brought that vibe home. 'Main duniya ghoomunga, naye logon se milunga' – why not build that here? Our studio’s not just about suits, it’s music, chats, and community. Representing India in Malaysia was wild. For us, every stitch is your story. We’re just here to help you tell it.
