About My Credentials
Getting my Diploma from ISST wasn't about the certificate on the wall. It was about learning the human anatomy and movement science behind every heavy lift you attempt. I don't guess with your body. I use what I’ve learned to ensure that when we push for those PRs, your form is perfect and your joints stay safe. Science isn't a suggestion here, it’s the foundation.
Most people walk into a gym, load up a barbell, and wonder why their back is in agony a week later. They skip the foundation because it feels boring. My approach to coaching is different. When I studied for my Diploma in Personal Training from ISST, I spent hundreds of hours on human anatomy, exercise science, and health principles. I don't copy-paste YouTube trends or chase fads.
When I build a rehab or strength program, I’m using verified biomechanics. I know how your ankle dorsiflexion impacts your squat depth. I understand exactly how to program deload weeks so you don't burn out or end up on the bench with an injury. My goal is to build you into a machine that lasts, not one that breaks down after a month of 'beast mode.'
