Your lower body is the engine of your game. We move beyond hitting balls to build the agility, endurance, and explosive power that modern, competitive tennis demands.

This is the intensity I demand on my court. We focus on structured fitness and agility drills like shuffle and turns, crossovers, and Z & L patterns because your movement determines your success. This isn't just hitting balls, it's building complete athletes.

A proper warm-up is not optional. I divide it into five essential parts: brain activation, dynamic stretches, speed, agility, and upper body activation. Following this routine ensures your body and mind are ready for an intense session and reduces injury risk.

This on-court plyometric exercise using a resistance band is excellent for developing explosive strength. The focus is on clean, powerful movements that translate directly to better court coverage and shot power.

Even picking up balls should be done correctly. Bending over with your back after an intense session is a recipe for injury. I teach my players to gather the balls and then use a squat position to maintain good posture and protect their back.

Your performance on court is directly linked to what you eat. This video highlights key vegetarian protein sources like paneer, chickpeas, and lentils that are essential for muscle repair and energy. A holistic program includes nutrition.

About Pro-Level Fitness & Agility Drills

We don't do 'endless rallying' here. If you are on the court but your feet are heavy, you are losing. We focus on Z and L patterns, resistance band plyometrics, and proper warm-up sequences that turn you into a thinking athlete. This is the difference between just playing tennis and actually competing.
