About Elite Physical Conditioning

Most players lose matches because they get tired, not because their forehand fails. We run specific sessions to fix that, using speed ladders and hurdles to improve your first-step quickness. If you are gassed after an hour of hitting, these drills are exactly what you need to change your game.

Tennis is a game of recovery. You sprint, you stop, and you change direction constantly. If you only practice hitting balls, you will struggle when the rally count goes up or the match hits the second hour. We treat physical conditioning as a non-negotiable part of our tennis training at Modern School and Khalsa College.
