Yoga is not just about personal health; it is about extending that balance to the community around us. Join us as we serve wholesome, Sattvik food through Annam Brahma and make wellness a public celebration at Yoga by the Bay.

Serving a meal as part of our Annam Brahma initiative. This seva is rooted in the spirit of the Bhagavad Gita, where Annadan, or the offering of food, is considered a great service to humanity.

About Community Outreach & Seva

When you practice yoga, you cultivate a sense of compassion that naturally flows outward. Our community initiatives, like the Annam Brahma food distribution and the monthly Yoga by the Bay sessions, are practical expressions of this. These events are not just activities; they are opportunities to reset your mindset, serve others, and experience how simple, consistent actions can bring peace to a busy city life.

Our work extends far beyond the walls of our institute. We believe that true well-being is infectious; it starts within and ripples out to the community.

Annam Brahma: Nourishing with Dignity

At the heart of our seva is the Annam Brahma initiative. Inspired by the Bhagavad Gita, we provide free, pure Sattvik meals to the underprivileged. We believe that food is not just nutrition; it is an act of care. Our volunteers do not just hand out meals; they offer dignity and respect to every person they serve. It is a simple, direct way to reduce hunger while fostering a spirit of compassion.

Yoga by the Bay: Public Wellness

Yoga belongs to everyone, not just those who can afford a studio membership. That is why we hold Yoga by the Bay on the last Sunday of every month at Marine Lines. We invite Mumbaikars from all walks of life to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with their bodies by the sea. It is a public wellness movement, and it remains free for all.

Whether you are a student, a professional, or someone simply looking for peace, these events are designed to help you integrate yogic principles into your daily life. We encourage you to join us—not as a spectator, but as an active participant in building a healthier, kinder society.
