My Approach

People think changing how they eat is tough, but sach bataun (honestly), the real issue is how we look at food. For me, food's not just fuel for your body - it shapes your mind and spirit too. I follow a yogic path, so every bit of advice comes from a place of balance, not deprivation.

What I Focus On

I work around four main pillars:

  • Ahar (Food): Sattvik food guidance - pure, simple meals that actually leave you feeling good.
  • Vihar (Lifestyle): Small tweaks in your daily routine to bring steadiness.
  • Achar (Habits): Building good habits, letting go of the not-so-great ones.
  • Vichar (Thoughts): Positive thinking is half the battle, trust me.

The Process

First off, I listen. Your story matters, and no two people are the same. I dig deep to understand your health reports, body type, struggles - sab kuch (everything). Then we set up a holistic nutrition plan, not just a diet chart. I’m there with you, even if you’re eating out or stuck in a tough spot.

My Philosophy

I don’t believe in strict restrictions. We find ways to enjoy your favourite foods, using mindful eating habits and portion control. You don’t have to give up the things you love to feel better.

My Story

Namaskar. The Yoga Institute, sabse purana yoga center hai – 1918 se. Mere sasur ji, Shri Yogendraji, ne shuruaat ki thi, sapna tha ki yoga har ghar ka hissa ho. Mother Sitadevi Yogendra aur Dr. Jayadeva Yogendra ne legacy ko aage badhaya. Ab main, Hansa ma, mission ko continue kar rahi hoon. Meri baat, log kehte hain maa jaisi lagti hai. Yoga sirf asan nahi, attitude, khana, soch – sab kuch hai. Dar ke nahi jeena hai – life ko face karo, balance pao.
