About Behind The Magic: Our Team & Process
Before any decor goes up, we spend weeks auditing your vendor contracts and building a technical run-sheet that covers everything from DJ sound checks to dhol timings. Our goal isn't just to make things look good; it's to ensure that on the day of your wedding, the only thing you are managing is your own smile while we handle every twist, turn, and last-minute delay.
How We Manage the Chaos
Wedding planning isn't just about picking pretty flowers. It is about logistics, timing, and making sure the baraat actually starts on time. When you hire us, you are not just getting a decorator or a planner; you are getting a team of schedule-police who stay on-site to fix issues before you even know they exist.
The Pre-Event Phase
We start with a deep dive into your vision. Whether it is a destination wedding in Udaipur or a residential celebration in Mumbai, we create a realistic budget architecture. We do physical recces of venues, negotiate vendor rates to prevent hidden generator or transport charges, and create 3D previews of the decor so there are no surprises on the day of.
The Execution
During the event days, our focus shifts to two things: guest experience and couple comfort.
- Shadow Team: Every bride and groom gets a dedicated shadow. This person ensures you are fed, hydrated, and ready for your next function, all while keeping you strictly on schedule.
- Technical Precision: We manage the cueing for every firework, entry song, and stage effect. If the DJ console has an issue, we solve it. If it rains, we deploy the backup plan we discussed weeks in advance.
- Crisis Handling: We act as the single point of contact for all your vendors. Your makeup artist, photographer, and caterer report to us, not you.
Our service is built on the principle of Atithi Devo Bhava. While we take care of the heavy lifting, you get to actually enjoy the haldi laughs and sangeet dances that you have been looking forward to.
